Update: Hannibal at the Gates Taken Down

Hello delegates!

Due to the high volume of demands for a seat in this committee, we are proud to announce that Hannibal at the Gates: Defence of Rome has now become a joint crisis committee! Given this recent update, however, the previous background guide has been taken down and our staff is working very hard to create a second committee in the meantime. We hope that this will give all delegates a better experience at WCHSMUN. If there are any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to head over to the FAQ tab and submit your question through the entry form. The new background guides should be up within a few days.
