The joint crisis committee Second Punic War - formerly known as Hannibal at the Gates - has just had its background guides released. Head over to the COMMITTEES + GUIDES tab to access the PDF files for both Rome and Carthage. On the Roman side, Atharva Kulkarni will be your chair along with vice-chair Jesse Lee. Carthaginians will have Noah Macdonald as chair and Aydin Moghaddam as vice-chair.
